Here at YWAM Te Ao Mārama, we are looking for passionate individuals eager to serve in the Kingdom of God! A great opportunity is to train others into the mission field and as a DTS/Second Level School staff you can do just that! We strongly encourage our international applicants to be committed to a minimum of 2 years, but we do respect God's timing and calling. All applicants must be a DTS graduate and have a DTS certificate for a DTS Staff position, or in the case of a Second Level School, the specific certification necessary for the school. We have a weekly fee that includes housing and utilities.

All DTS/Second Level School staff will be given a training course before serving in a school.
